An evening of embodiment and circling in Karyn’s own mash-up style including movement, ritual theater, creative alchemy, and authentic relating.

No previous experience needed.

Circle up with us to welcome Spring and embody your prayers!

Spring Equinox is a potent portal for visioning and intention setting.

Like our sacred plants, we too are emerging from the cozy internal time of winter to plant seeds to grow and sow in the seasons ahead.

No previous experience with circle or movement is needed.

Flow of our evening together:

6:30-7 PM Arrive, mingle, settle around altar

Doors close at 7 so please arrive on time.

7-8PM Visioning & Intention Circle: you are invited to speak or silently offer your intentions into the candle fire and have them amplified by the group energy.

8-9:00 PM Emerge into Spring ecstatic dance style movement/dance music playlist by dj Karyn Leigh D’Light

9:00-9:30 PM Closing Circle

In a matter of weeks Dewi and I (along with over 45 other women) have embarked on a mission to amplify the voices of Embodied Feminine Thought Leaders on the typically vanilla business platform that is LinkedIn.

As women on the front lines of evolutionary change at this time of rapid awakening and unraveling on the planet, we feel it’s crucial to create a potent and inclusive space for ourselves on LinkedIn.

I’m delighted to participate in this leading-edge event both to share immediate ways to align yourself with your wild soul’s longings and to connect you with luminary women around the world.

EMBODY & EXPRESS YOUR MAJESTY:

6-SESSION SERIES THURS FEB 23-MAR 30: 6-8PM PST

Creative Alchemy is back! Round 3.3 is all about women tapping into our full embodied expression by exploring our relationship with the innate Majesty in our humanness and vulnerability.

Woman who longs to have ALL OF YOU welcomed, you and our sisters are invited.

Each session of Creative Alchemy is a unique experiential space to see how it feels to be in a facilitated container where your fullest roar, growl and purr are invited.

When we are in touch with our Majesty we access the capacity to relax and flow with the current of life rather than putting so much effort into trying to fit into a broken world.

This interactive series could be a good fit if you:

—>Need structure to set aside time for connection & creative practice

—>Feel excited about exploring embodied expression

—>Want to connect authentically with other women in a safe, facilitated container

—>Have big feelings and visions that long to be received with deep respect

Each 2-hour session is structured with 4Es EXPAND, EMBODY, EXPRESS, ENGAGE to give you maximum time to work on your creative project(s):

**Opening 10-15 minutes Expansion, teaching of a creative alchemy practice you are welcome to try or ignore

**15-20 minutes guided Embodiment practice (dance, breathwork, yoga for every body & ability)

**60-minute Expression, hour of personal creative time to work on your own being held by the group energy and encouragement

**30-minute Engagement with others in the group in dyads and triads to share your creative work and practice authentic relating.

Course also includes:

*Voluntary in-between session practices solo or with a partner

*Optional 1-1 time with Karyn to deepen your work at a reduced rate

Creative Alchemy is open to all women who desire to deepen their full expression and capacity to transform struggle into deeper connection with Self, others and the greater-than-human world of nature.

This is NOT a class on technique or any particular medium. All creative expressions and mediums are welcomed.

Whole Heart Wild Womxn Dance & Potlucks: 3:33pm Sundays July 24, Aug 7 and Sept 11 at the Cotton Memorial Picnic area in Lithia Park, Ashland Oregon.

Open to all womxn identified beings to amplify the feminine energies rising on our planet.

Come to dance, ‘with ness,’ be held, seen and welcomed in your full wildness and authenticity. Bring any friends who would like to join our dance.

Womxn/non-binary identified only please.

We love our men and sometimes sisters need to gather on our own.

**Please note, we are now asking an $11 energy exchange shared by hosts dj ceremonialist Karyn Leigh and Wild Belonging guide Tamara McDermott.

Our location is the Cotton Memorial Picnic area, parking is across the street from 385 Granite St, at Lithia Park in Ashland.

The lawn has been aired with chunks of dirt pulled out, so bring dancing shoes or know that bare feet may encounter earth chunks.

Wear comfortable layers to breathe, be, cuddle and dance outdoors. It is pleasant under the trees even on our hot summer afternoons and even gets chilly after sunset.

Be sure to have plenty of water with you.

Bring bug repellant (non toxic preferred) if you are sensitive to mosquitoes.

Restrooms are close to our spot!

Bring a potluck dish to share if you stay to feast with us. Bring your own cutlery, bowl/plate, napkin, etc.

This is a first come first served picnic area so anyone who wants to arrive earlier to enjoy the shade by the creek is most welcome to hold the space for our evening gathering.
